PERVERTED JUSTICE: THE UNTOLD STORIES

Perverted Justice (AKA) "PEEJ" and the groups founder Xavier Von Erck, are mostly known to the public as the online child predator sting group behind the now defunct NBC "To Catch A Predator" series.

On its face the purported goal of the group seems noble enough. However, there is another much lesser known side to what this online group actually does. Besides the inability of law enforcement to successfully prosecute Perverted Justice's "Busts" for varying reasons, they also openly conduct and promote vigilantism both online and off. Often times they do not adequately check their facts and target innocent people, including family members of those "they" deem pedophiles.

Anyone who speaks out against the group is usually labeled as either a pedophile and/or pro-pedophile, with their targets personal information being plastered all across the internet. What is more alarming is that there are certain members of the law enforcement community who actively condone and in some cases participate in these campaigns.
